My mom was my best friend, the person I went to when life got overwhelming and an amazing example to me. She was such an important part of my life so on this Mother's day I would like to honor her...she taught me about compassion, acceptance, unconditional love, patience, trust, to listen with all my heart, to love with my whole heart, to be the best that I could be and that nothing worthwhile is this life is easy but it is worth it. It seems like only yesterday that we were living in Grandville, Michigan, Michael was out of work and life was busy and chaotic and then we were blessed with this little bundle of joy we named Justin Wayne. I am so blessed to have him in my life. His sense of humor and the quiet acceptance that he has for the way things are bring joy into my life. I am proud of him and the man that he is becoming.
